as you can se buy the video iv posted i saw the shots being exchanged in the intersection. i emedeatly stop and reverce out of that situation. when doing so i se some one on the streat uncontions and the guy pleaing for my help. knowing there was a gunfhigt like 2 blocks a way i look behinde me to se there was no escalation of the gunfhigt. i determen its not gona come closer. knowing im in the hood i know im being cuasues about it. and determen to jump out and try helping this patient. while trying to offer help i then se he alreddy got it and i was about to leave and get out of the getho. but thats when i was killed as u can se in the clip.

im sorry but i was not informed there had to be a time limit of how long i have to be from this. and it is the hod there is always gunfire and iv just also ben infromed that we will have changed rules about the hod and who of the ems r alowed in there.

im so sorry for this but i whole hartetly thuaght i was far enught away from the 10-10

In the pov you provided you can check that you were still in the same area and even almost the same street the shootout happened in and if you looked to your left when turning you can see another ems employee turning around and leaving the area meaning the shootout was also in that area and i was in ems for 4 month and i was trained to leave shootouts immediately and i trained people the same thing and its written on the employee handbook and also given training about by fto's so you had the knowledge about it and also you are trained that you should prioritize your life when it comes to those situation's will be waiting for higher admin's descision now

i was only awhare about the gunfire that happend infront of me i dident se anny one infront of me. and i did not se the other ems as i wa foucusing on not trying to run over people infront of me and assesing the situation infront of me.

the hand on my heart i was not trained on giving it time. i was trained to leave the emeiate area. the gunfhigt was just audtable. and i realy thuaght i was free and clear of that 10-10

you can also see i was truly trying to follow the 10-10 area.

i honnestly dont want to lose my spot as an ems, i realy love this comunity and this puts me in a bad place. i wuld NEVER stop if i dident think i was outside the area.

i shot at the guys around u and i missed and shot u by accident i instantly got out and tried to revive u but u got send to the hospital..

Your own HC agreed with me that you were in a 10-10 situation and if you do actually follow ems rules and announcements you would know that you would get 2 strikes for that not be fired and again i will be waiting for higher admin's descision

i know ill take my punishment but as of this ill never go in to the hood again due to there is always gunfire everywhere and i value my jkob more than risking it for going in there. thanks for your time. and i will take my punishment
