The following facts.
I have closed the Unoff family Red C-Note to merge with the family Cuneo on the server D3, here I have 4 family businesses
Cowshed
Drug lab
Freight train
Oil well
into the family (agreement I will get them back if I want to leave the family).
Unfortunately, I and the leader of the family made a mistake and sold the companies for 1000 dollars (we thought since it was a merger this would be ok).
I accept the penalty and have no problem with the 60 day ban.
However, the hammer is when I wanted to leave the family yesterday I was told that I would not get the companies back, because I had sold them officially. Here also the leader Max Cuneo has called the Admins Jackson Connor and Thomas Mahone in Discord, here the whole issue was discussed and he even admitted our agreement, but the Admins my that this is not enough as proof to get the buisness back, even a ticket would bring nothing, because the agreement is much too long ago, as you can hear in my POV, the Admins have said so there and confirmed the scamm and also the leader and co-leader admit the scam, it is just not done anything.
I am now since 27.09.2021 on the server and as you know I have left almost 20,000 euros on DE3 to come to Buisness to maintain a large family, I think it is not fair that so is dealt with players and absolutely nothing is done by the Administrative and it is even talked down in Discord, I'm sure you know how much such a company in real money costs to have it in the Endefekt in the game.
For this reason I ask you to be tough here, according to the rules:
1.3 Any cheating against other players is forbidden. | Permanent ban - No money will be replaced.
Here a fraud has taken place and the admins knew about it and even gave the cheater right, because my evidence is older than 48 hours.
Attached the complete conversation and I apologize already times, that I was in between on another game.
I hope that there is now justice on Grand, and I know that you have not tolerated such a thing on DE1 and the companies were given back.
