This is in reference to thread 15048. A few minutes ago I got reported for Powergaming/FailRP. Me and my fellow SAHP officers had just processed a detainee at the DOC and were heading back to our HQ when some 14k triads members decided to chase us and asked us to pull over.

As there was plenty of distance between our cars and me knowing how fast our Patrol cruisers can go, I decided to drive off as fast as I could and not pulling over as the rule for pulling over is 3 gangsters for every police officers so they'd require 9 gangsters to pull us over but there were clearly less than 9.

You can also see from my POV that I did not get a single scratch on my vehicle from the encounter which further proves that it was nothing much but an average car chase (in which I came on top as I lost them on the way)

Hence, I request you to review the situation by taking a look over my POV as me and my fellow colleagues do not think this was a case of Powergaming/FailRP

Also, I was told that my earlier appeal was in the wrong format so I'm re-appealing as I sincerely think I did not do anything that violates the rules of the server

Power gaming would only apply if 6.16 was broken within the POV given in the past report you can see that in one car there is two people and in the pov takers care he is by himself 6.16 clearly states that in order for the vehicle to pull over there must be at least 4 people 2 cars and two people per car therefore it is impossible for 6.16 to have been broken

Violation : u didnt Pull over. Neither did u try to do RP and ignored them
The scenario just seem to me as if sahp wanted to race with them and then went to their HQ without RP

does that mean if this guy tell us to stop the car, we must comply? how do you RP at this situation when you clearly know you are being followed. in real situation, i would try to flee the scene and call the radio for backup/reinforcement. you dont just stop and let these ppl kidnap unless they forcefully stop the police cruiser. so let me know, what do we do at this type of situation to defend? we cant flee or retaliate by calling for backup. so you only expect us to stop and let them rob and kidnap us?

The general rule 6.16 is being followed by every citizen , gang members and even terrorists in the city and i dont thnk legal orgs are exception to this. IF u thnk personally its breaking ur RP u can post in suggestion channel and rather than breaking the rule. Kindly wait for higher admin to reply

Also u didnt either flee or called backup. u straight away went to ur HQ during chase. IF any gang member would have done it he gets warning. u got demorgan. So i thnk i took pretty fair decision.

all i see in the POV is this 14k guy calling him to pull over but when the SAHP officer look behind there's no car following from behind. i dont know what fail RP you are talking about. i can understand if the car is forcefully stop then he must stop but in this case i could only see one car trying to stop him . beside the one telling him to stop wasnt even following from behind or even near his car (his car in the POV was not even damage or scratch). it does make sense that he should keep driving as there's no reason he should stop .

I went back to the hq because I noticed that the gang members had stopped chasing me. If they had continued to chase me I would not have returned to the hq. Also, if this was a violation of 6.16 then why isn't every police chase (10-80) violation of 6.16 as well? How is officers outrunning gangsters considered failrp but criminals outrunning the officers isn't?

You have finished ur jail time, so you will get compensation from admin
And previous topic will be reviewed as in that THREAD guys have violated rules of UB Drive with sport cars on hills in RP situation so that topic should be declined for this and guys will receive their punishment for nonRP drive of sportscars on hills
