Approved DM in the city - 104900

Was training some cadets, sent a pullover request to the car, they hop out and shoot once without saying or doing anything else, hop back in and proceed to drive off, I send another pullover request, then they hop out and start shooting.

Not sure if this "technically" classes as DM in the city, but definitely worth reporting - I'll let you guys judge.
