Hello. I was put into jail for 180 minutes for stealing a car in "GZ" which I don't understand. I've stolen a McLaren P1 at the exact same spot at hotel before and never got jail time. During peak hours too... I get it its unscripted, but i didn't realize because the first time I did it, nothing happened. I thought only post office was unscripted gz. Also, why can't it be scripted GZ? What stops the developers from making it so?
