Rejected Unable to Open game

Hey! I was recently trying to start the game but , I opened server EN 2 and enter credentials of server EN 1 , I didn't noticed at first after some 3 tries I changed my pass and enter the password again , then I got to know I was in EN2 . Now when I try to open en1 it states connection closed as in I am banned .
I want this problem to be solves ASAP so that I can continue my role playing!

(As it wasn't any admins work or something i have put my name in admin's place and I don't think any proof is required for it ! , Please do guide me if this thread is in wrong section , I am old with the account to the game but new to playing it )
