While conducting highway patrol with my 3 other colleagues in 2 separate cruiser, we found this driver by the ID 43592 was driving on the wrong side of the road and refuse to pull over. We spent like 2 minutes chasing him but he just kept circling in the highway refusing to stop his vehicle.

Yeah you are right they need four people to pullover they were only 3 people so I don't think so you need to stop
