Milann is a person who grew up in a family whose members were members of state organizations. The mother was a member of the government for many years, the father an NCO in the NG. Milann has always been attracted to the NG and managed to join it. After leaving the NG where he did his job honorably, he decided to get a job at the FIB. As of joining, he learned a lot about arrests, actions, secret operations, negotiations and has perfected it all. He has also learned that having an informant can be very helpful and in many cases crucial. He is very good with weapons because his father taught him how to handle weapons from an early age and what to do when weapons are pointed at him and how to stay calm in those situations. His father also taught him the importance of video evidence, and that having a hidden body cam could potentially save his life. He and his father perfected a pair of jewelry: a chain, earrings, and glasses that are recording 24/7 and uploading all evidence to his personal cloud.
His father was tragically killed during an NG raid, a few days after Milann completed his training in the FIB. This has led Milann to become violent and have a bad temper, and not fit to be in a legal org, but ever since his father was killed, he has had a personal vendetta against all criminals and murderers, so he decided to become an informant. But because of his reputation as an FIB agent, Milann was required to change his name every so often to avoid consequences from the dangerous people that he collects evidence on. Milann even had to change the color of his hair, eyes, and facial structure with plastic surgery.
His mother took care of him and always guided him in the right directions, that's why, even though he was an informant, and hung out with criminals, he felt disgusted by them. The only people he always forgives and helps out are his family members, who he will always love and respect no matter if they are criminals or legal org members.
After having to do dangerous things as an informant that further ruined his mental state and after some therapy, although forever scarred, and unable to get rid of his temper and violent nature, he decided to go to LSPD and continue his career there as an LEO and doesn’t plan on becoming an informant ever again.
Outcomes:
1. Milann can torture criminals for information, and because of his trauma and violent nature he can sometimes go as far as knocking a suspect unconscious during torture or even killing them (finishing them).
2. Milann pays his informants in exchange for information.
3. Milann can make deals with criminals such as letting them go or giving them a smaller sentence for exchange of valuable intel and such that could benefit the organization.
4. Milann always can take bribes (to keep him from confiscating weapons, letting the suspect go, and so on…).
5. Milann always carries a small flask of water in his pocket, so he can destroy use to water to make bodycams malfunction and destroy video evidence of him doing illegal things.
6. Milann can break the civil code, penal code, and commit crimes for personal gain. Example: not showing ID when requested by a detainee to avoid getting in trouble if reported to the higherups for corruption, etc.
7. Milann can help his family in store robberies and in crimes because of his loyalty. And also try to convince other officers to lower their sentences or let them go with just a fine.
