I would like to apologise to begin with. I know the reason why I was banned/blocked and I am ashamed. I should not have been disrespectful to the HC of EMS after receiving strikes and making the situation worse for myself. The EMS HC team works very hard and is under a lot of stress and I would once again like to apologise for my previous actions. I would like to apologise to Jisan for my actions as he was the one targeted in this situation.

At the time I was very disappointed as I had false allegations thrown at me and became frustrated as I was not allowed to give my opinion in the emails voice channel and was constantly being server deafened. This made me lose my patience and act out in an unacceptable manor. After this event I was continuously harassed IC to bring back the medical mask which I did the very next day. I apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused and would like to come to EMS in person to make a formal apology for my actions as I have learned deeply from it.

I would also like to add that on the 6.12 rule that there is an exception for an EMS employee being disrespectful to another and which i was an ems employee at the time as i was still able to use radio
