Life Story:
Seth grew up in his home country of south africa with her single mother and a rotwiler dog, with no father figure in much of his life, he strived to help his mother in any way she could growing up, he went to school, Bike Riding into forests, eventually turning into Dirt Bike Riding and Journaling his experiences. to about when he was 18, he moved to Los Santos with his mother where his got his first part time job as a Journalist, eventually meeting his soon to be Husband Notix Wolf, and Friend Twiggy Armone drunk on Del Perro beach where he hung out with them for a few weeks, eventually Burgers and Twiggy both changed their names to Burgs wolf and Twiggy wolf, where seth and Notix got married and seth took the Sur-Name Wolf.
Career Story:
seth Started his first Legal Career path under Governor Jay Higginson who offered a position as a Aide De Camp under Deputy Governor Marie Higginson, he made a lot of friends with a lot of the Secret Service Agents and he was also allowed to keep a dog with him witch made him really happy, Learning a lot from other Legal orgs through SS Director Leon Silverman and Charles McKnight Tagging along with SS Missions with FIB Gang Raids our dogs were there for all the missions, and Black Market Raids, Eventually departing from the Government After Jay's Term ending Abruptly, came to the National Guard after General Darius Edge invited him into the org for the last week as an appointed general, in which he applied into the F.I.B. under Director Ellen Bubbles up to Director Monty McKnight, and a little bit of Director Shane Muga, During his time as a 00 Agent within the FIB, he met Richard Sole who later got appointed as the next General of the National Guard, in which Richard invited him into the Org as a Commissioned Officer and Head of The Combat Medics, in which was later Renamed to Combat Response Medical Team (Or CRMs)we had also been approved dogs for our time there, Eventually the term was transformed under the newly appointed General, Saif Khan and he offerd me my dog back.
Outcomes:
1- Seth will do anything for family and Close friends, therefore he may release them out of cuffs without charges, and aide them in an escape.
2- Seth can search and destroy any bodycams he finds on a individual (/try)
3- Seth can accept Bribes off of 10-15s in his custody for their freedom.
4- Due to Seth's knowledge on off-roading, she can drive any AWD/4WD vehicles off-road, if the cars are his personal cars he may be a little easier as he has to pay for any damages, but with any vehicles the organization owns he may be a little rougher as its not his car she doesn't pay for them
5- Seth can Confiscate Illegal items off Trespassers/Gang members after an active shootout and can keep the illegal items and reuse them while on duty.
6- Seth may keep illegal Guns and illegal amounts of ammo in his vehicles
7- Seth may pay gang members for intel on Upcoming FZ Raids or Upcoming Ammo Run Attacks
8- Seth may bribe or pay a Gang or group to ensure safety for his close friends and Colleagues
9- Seth may visit black market to sell illegal items he gets while on duty, or he may buy illegal items off the black-market
10- Seth May flee Fort Zancudo if he catches wind of a Government State Inspection
11- Seth may participate in illegal activities with close friends and/or Families
12- Seth may interrogate people for information, and due to his knowledge in the medical field he can cause as much pain on people and able to treat the wounds in the cleanest and cruelest way that wont kill people but will still harm them, I.e. Cauterizing wounds shut
13- Seth has a hidden camera in his glasses which is wirelessly connected to his phone, that can upload to the NG cloud servers or his personal cloud servers with 1 tap of a button (Activated via a /me)
