The situation was IC as there was a Ghetto patrol going on and they drove into the car wash, I gave them 5 seconds to leave and they didn't, they just sat there, so they were shot for failure to comply. This WHOLE SITUATION was an IC MATTER of the driving through a GHETTO PATROL which is an IC event and they WERE given a chance to leave, not being shot on site. Here is my POV link :
