2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1.) Ballas had always been one of the successful gangs in city and heart and core of ghetto which had always attracted me towards it and had spend a good amount of time being in ballas and in other gangs. Ballas had many good leaders in past and wants to pursue there good terms in my term.
2.) Ghetto now days is a just place for everyone to just release there anger and not to do in this server and to improve ghetto to and gang rp the ballas leader is one of the chance.
3.) Addding good to in ballas and in total gang rp and also getting 100% true with most active participation in all events IC or OOC. To make it possible I will plan some good rp interaction with big family leaders.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- To improve RP in ballas the gun play should be decreased a little bit as gang Is just about killing in ghetto and clapping instead of RP and crimes. Communication with legal organisation leaders and planning some good rp situation and making it possible number is needed which can be gained by interaction with big family leaders. Improving unique rp other than just gun rp. Also taking part in RP events which are made by scripts.
