I think you should make your decision based on the complaining pov.
If you are not able to make a decision, it means that the evidence is not enough.

It is an individual case and POV is not available as it is not required to operate the body cam in such cases.

For several reasons, this complaint is weak:

1- The military base WH is a target for all gangs and families. Coincidences like this can simply happen there. Especially near the parachute.

2- The complainant's arrival at the family's House and threatening them means that he has personal reasons for submitting this complaint, I can prove this with my body-cam. He could have complained without coming to our house.

3- File a complaint against the whole family, even though they seem to be individual cases.

4- And he threatened Boss , even though the case was related to Hermes.

If this case was in a ghetto or somewhere else in the city, I would totally agree that it was a strong complaint and the probability of mg would be high, but not at the parachute, specifically after the family returned from Informal.
