2. Why do you want to be leader of this specific organization? (List three reason with explanation).
a) I have been a long time resident of this city and Since i was 5yrs i have been Working in Both Types of Org Legal and As Well as Illegal i have equally balanced both the types and Worked in Such Orgs like in Legal LSPD,SAHP,EMS,SS,NG that too in Good Ranks And In illegal too i have worked in all 5 Gangs under different leaders like i had served Vagos as Deputy During Finley Hawks Term, Under Deputy of Marabunta, Under Ballas of Ballas,Under Deputy of Families, Bloods Highcommand And Even more Ranks i have been a Part of Various Gangs that's why I have full Confidence and i Think You will Not Find a Good leader of Gang except me in Entire City
b) It was Unfortunate how this gang's Previous leader worked and it's term got Ended Before time It was the Best Gang in City and Suddenly It fell down in Ranking in such a way that no one could imagine The Main Reason for not Performing well was Attendance in Events they didn't attend as much as events which a gang should attend But if i Become Leader i Would Change everything I will Recruit members from all Time Zones For Every Event and Give Members Proper bonuses who attend The Events when there are Less members in city I will boost Confidence of Active Gang members by Giving them Promotions and Bonuses I assure that In My Leadership Tenure Gang will never lack in inactivity
c.If i Become The leader of this gang I will Increase Communication and Coordination Between Gang Members and take Everyones Opinion about making it best gang in city i would also Stop Toxicity and Favoritism which most of the Leaders do and later end up With Org Disband but i make sure it will not happen when i become a Leader.
d)Following Every Rules in Accurate Manner
Everyone even my Deputies,High Commands,And Other rank players will be equal to me and if anyone of it breaks the Rules and Make Gang in trouble will straight away recieve a Fire from Gang and Even org Blacklist i will be making a Highcommand Team to keep a watch that everyone follows rules in every event and situations And I Myself Will Keep a eye on Everyone And Finish my Term with No Organisation Warnings
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1. Will Create a Difficult Recruitment System only 5yrs in City + With Knowledge of all Rules including General, Ghetto and Event Rules will only be Recruited
2. I will stop the spreading of toxicity and misuse of HC powers .
3. I will give chances to show everyone and prove their capabilities specially as a shooter.
3. Create Fear in Mind of Citizens and Even LEOs So they think twice or Thrice While Raiding The Gang
4. I will create massive situation while doing hostage situations and robberies so it will be fun for both the sides.
5. I will make my gang the most active gang in the city and I will change the viewing angle of everyone for seeing Ballas from a poor gang to best gang .
6. I will make it the best gang take it on top.
7. Collab with other Gangs and Show the unity of gangs
