**Requesting Player ID 139814 POV for this case. He is the one refuting the thread and is the leader of the family, but is only using Player ID 118594 POV. This involved 5 of his family members, but he only submitted 1 of their POVs.

****My deepest apologies for the lengthy complaint, but there is a detailed back story that led up to the incident that I am reporting about and is needed to understand the entire situation. I filed a player complaint involving both Player ID 118594 and ID 139814 on 7/26/22 resulting in ID 118594 receiving punishment for her actions (Link: Approved - Killing outside the ghetto and without demands | ID 118594 ). On 7/31/22, ID 118594 and ID 139814 saw me drive past their house at 09:27 (in game/my POV). I believe they recognized my ID as I drove by them because at 09:28 (in game/ Player ID 118594 POV) ID 139814 immediately assembled his family and led them directly to the same home that they killed me and ID 105452 in front of to exact their revenge because we recently reported them on the forums. They have a personal vendetta against ID 105452 and I because we got them in trouble with the gods, and they decided antagonize us by trying to “raid” our house after he saw me driving by. He claimed he pre-planned this raid on our house in advance but has yet to provide his POV evidence of that, and ID 118594 POV of the situation only begins at 09:27 (right after I drove by them), and does not show any evidence of them planning raids BEFORE I drove by them. The other POV she submitted only shows them looking for other houses to raid 14 minutes AFTER they left our home. There is a 14 minute gap missing from the time they drove off and left me to die at 09:35 (in game) and them starting to "look for other houses to raid" at 09:49 (in game). I believe that it was just an afterthought attempt to cover their tracks to make it look like they were really looking for other random houses to raid. ID 118594 POV shows that they only checked 3 houses to raid after they left us, and 2 of those houses were already on the same street that they lived on, but THEY DROVE RIGHT PAST THOSE HOUSES IN THEIR 1ST POV FOOTAGE AND CAME DIRECTLY TO MY HOME FIRST.

Player ID 118594 and ID 139814 used the excuse of a raid to target my family and home and is trying to set us up in retaliation because I got them in trouble with the gods. "We were unaware that this was a raid. I didn’t get any notifications that we were involved in a raid. We never participate in family events (raids etc.). Someone had been stealing our solar panels recently, and that’s why we were actively keeping watch over them before the convoy of masked strangers showed up to our home. I didn’t see what happened between ID 139814, his crew, and my family member ID 105452. From my POV, I just heard heavy shots near, and when I saw a single armed gang member stalking around near my home, I assumed he was there to take my panels again. I did not shoot first. ID 85295 shot at me first. I didn’t see his convoy parked out front. All I saw was someone possibly trying to steal the solar panels from my home again". During the "raid" that never officially happened, ID 139814 claims "we just wanted to leave without shooting", but instead of leaving the property during the cease fire, ID 118594 and ID 139814 CAME LOOKING FOR ME and went to the backyard to kill me. ID 104299 revived me but only to try to kill me again in a fist fight, and I didn't not hit him until he struck me first (RDM). Then ID 85295 shoots and kills me again. ID 139814 writes "See you in the FORUMS", "Happy BAN", and "and they gonna get BANNED nice" in the local RP chat (MIXING). His words further proving that they came here with the intention to PROVOKE us in hopes that we would break rules and get banned, and were SEEKING REVENGE for that OOC situation.

ID 118594 claims that ID 105452 was a "random person" that "starts shooting without any reason", but she's not random at all. She lives there and they knew that because she was also present when Players 118594 and 139814 visited our house and killed us earlier this week. ID 105452 is my family member and was on active duty with me watching over our solar panels when the convoy full of unidentified masked gang members pulled up to our home. ID 105452 assumed that this group of masked trespassers came to steal our solar panels. She did admit to firing on them first as they ran up to our home, but she ceased fire at 00:02:41 (Player ID 118594 POV). In ID 118594 POV, after ID 105452 held her fire, ID 139814 proceeded to fire rounds at my car at 00:03:01 (even after he gave his family the orders to leave at 00:02:56), which confirmed to ID 105452 that this family didn't intend on leaving. ID 139814 claims "you can see us siting in cars to leave but both of you didn't stopped" but ID 118594 POV shows that she was the only one who got into her car to leave, but got right back out and ran back up to the house to shoot some more after she saw ID 105452 was still alive (but not firing) (00:03:02/Player ID 118594 POV).

In both incidents, him and his friends are the ones who came to our house and caused trouble, while we were minding our own business, and each time it ended with chaos. We were perfectly fine leaving the first incident in the past, but they decided to roll up on us for the second time in one week.

0:00:20 (09:27 In game) I drove by Players ID 139814, ID 104299, ID 118594, and ID 85295. (I didn't even realize that I drove by ID 139814 and ID 118594 from my last player complaint on the forum until I reviewed my POV footage after the incident. I believe this is the moment they recognized my ID because I did not stop, or talk, or interact with them at all.
0:01:00 I arrive home and go to the backyard to keep watch over my solar panels with ID 105452
0:03:00 I hear a car pull up and doors closing
0:03:10 I hear heavy gunfire, so I begin running to the front of the house
0:03:23 I catch the first glimpse of a unidentified gang member
0:03:26 I can clearly see him wielding a gun and looking my direction. ID 85295 then ran along side my neighbors house and disappeared around the corner. I prepared to protect myself, my panels, and my home, but I did not fire at him.
0:03:41 I can see him peeping at me from around the corner with his weapon drawn and appearing to aim at me. I see his bullets shooting through the air and hear him firing his weapon. As he continues to fire from behind my neighbors house, I soon hear more car doors.
0:04:42 ID 118594 and ID 139814 appear, we exchange fire, and ID 118594 kills me (For the second time this week) (Who I later realized were both the subjects of my last player complaint on the forums that got ID 118594 punished for unlawfully killing me and ID 105452 on 7/26/22.)

0:00:46 It looked like he realized that he was losing the fight and runs away to draw his weapon and fires at me again. He continues to lose the fist fight (that he started) and runs to the front of the house.
0:01:12 ID 118594 runs up behind me and begins punching me in a desperate attempt to save her friend.
0:01:16 Player ID 85295 shoots and kills me.
0:02:13 ID 139814 writes "and they gonna get BANNED nice" (MIXING) in the RP chat, instead of the Non RP chat.
(These words further proving that they came here with the intention to PROVOKE us in hopes that we would break rules and get banned, and were SEEKING REVENGE for that OOC situation.)

In regards to the previous incident the got ID 118594 in trouble with the gods, ID 139814 said that ID 118594 "can't see his brother being called a b* he loves me bro you are the one Mads him trigger". Admitting that ID 118594 was emotionally affected by the words that were exchanged and that's why he killed us then. In that situation, nobody pulled out a gun except for them.

I believe he recognized my player ID as I drove past their house from that previous encounter a few days ago. ID 139814 claimed to not remember our IDs but stated, “I don't even remember your id's lol saw just now again”. That proves he was familiar with my ID, FAIL RP.

The car they just seen my player ID driving in, was parked out front of the same house that ID 118594 killed us in front of a few days prior. ID 139814 claims the raid on our home was pre-planned and said "I have full side of how we planned to raid..." and "so later we went to do raid it was pre planned by us, at at 2:25...". However, the incident didn't occur until 7 hours later at 09:30 (in game) and he has yet to provide any of his POV evidence of those plans. He planned a raid on us 7 hours in advance??

After ID 139814 realized there was only 2 of us at the time, he claims "we were palnning to leave but they didnt listened", but based on ID 118594 POV, he didn't use his voice or text in local RP chat to tell MY family that they were leaving. According to ID 118594 POV, at 00:02:56 ID 139814 said "lets go" in his family chat only. Even then, him and his family ignored his orders and still did not leave. Everyone else is still armed and taking cover, and they did not get into any cars to leave and remained on the property.

In your POV at 9:27 (the same time kitty drove past you) is when your pov starts and you get in the car and come straight to our family home. It's pretty obvious you came straight to us, looking for a fight. I wish I was recording because they are blatantly seeking revenge. And Kitty did not shoot first. I did. They just want kitty gone because I cursed them out with a fierceness last week and Kitty's thread is the one that got 118594 in trouble. There was no raid. We got no notification that our family was being raided. We don't even participate in family stuff. We are a family of close friends. We were minding our business when I saw them pull up to the house. I knew their car but had no idea it was them until Kitty uploaded pov.

So because we told on your gf and she got a warning, not a ban, not demorgan, a WARNING, you planned to raid two people, in the hopes of looking for rule breaks.

I can't believe MY WORDS from last week HURT YOUR FEELINGS so much that you had to come back with 5 people. Then you stalked the forums because you wanted a fight and a reason to try to get us out of the server. OVER a WARNING. The fact that your friend almost died by the bare hands of Kitty while he had to run for his life with a gun in his hands is hilarious. No matter the circumstances, it is obvious that you and your gf invited innocent bystanders who had nothing to do with your forum beef, ( because that's what it is, you are upset about a report) to come and rough up two people who didn't even know they were in a "raid that you planned".

So as you can see we were just having fun chilling and enjoying. so later we went to do raid it was pre planned by us, at at 2:25 i was entering the house to start the raid but all of sudden id 105452 started shooting from roof, i saw that but i didnt shooted and jsut went to start raid but they ahd less players so i was coming back and we were palnning to leave but they didnt listened and keept shooting so in self defence we decided to shoot back. and that happy ban i said it cuz they shooted without letting us start event or without checking if we were shooting or not hopefully its enough evidence for our respected admins. No mamm. You know I was up on the roof. And that I shot first. It's in your submitted POV clear as day who shot first. And he admits that he knows who shot first because he said my id shot first. But you say "I want to see her" and you go straight to kitty. Kitty didn't shoot you. I did. Why didn't you come find me? Probably because my ID is irrelevant to you. Well basically you meant we didn't looked for any other houses before and after right we just tried to you guys only?
