My game crashed and also a DOC officer saw this happen and he put me into Isolation after.

Hello, Morgan Smart 115063 here as you see in this image my computer got this error I ended up having to restart my PC.

I have done some research on the error message ERR_GFX_D3D_INIT And this is what I have found.

Sorry, I don't have any bodycam of this because as you see my game did corrupt and couldn't close the game so I had to turn my computer off by the wall so thats why my bodycam did not save.
