First for all i will introduce myself:
I am teddy infinity, also known as former leader of EMS, back in previous periods:

EMS is been seeing as the backbone of the city which has be functional all times for the well being for all citizens. Without any sort of racism of if you dont like someone or not. At the end we have to take care of them, cause that is our duty.
A little peek into my history in EMS:
I began 11 months ago as trainee and by giving myself full force, i have reached incredible goals and positions (classified from begin to recent)
From Trainee to First Responder - First Responder to Dean Of AS -Dean of AS to Head Of AS - Head Of AS to Deputy Chief - Deputy Chief to Division Chief - Division Chief to Chief - Chief to Head Of training - Head of training to Division Chief.
1.What are my goals as leader?
RP in lobbies and Calls:
Still on this day there is not always a proper way of RP to communicate with the patients. This is a very problematic issue that needs to be solved and what also will be handled. Only with strict actions and punishments they will eventually learn it the hard but strict way, the EMS can be and stay in top.
Better communication between other Orgs:
I want to keep maintain good contact between all LEO Orgs, especially for the following things:
- Getting more involved in global (hostage Situation), Adrenaline shots for bank event/aircraft carrier event, etc ...
- Doing 1-2 Medical check-ups weekly.
Disrespect against HCs:
At some time there is a lot of disrespect against HCs, this a serious matter that has need to take of strictly.
Medical Masks:
Lots of medical masks are swerving in the streets and markets. This seems to be a issue that will continuously going on. I will also make some changed in there, that no more medical masks will see the streets. If we work together with all other LEO
Nightshift:
During the day we have lots of people on duty, but improving the nightshift is a highest necessary thing to do. For that i am planning do more recuitment drives at night, to target these people that are been active during that time. For every problem is a solution and improvement of the nightshift is standing definitely needed.
Listening to the employees:
-Like in each org, there must be room for questions and suggestion. This will let allow to gain respect for your employees.
-Problems must been solved and we do this together without making decisions that the HC team is not been agree with.
-Every decision that must been made, must been talking to the whole HC team before bring it out.
-Communication is the most important thing and only then EMS will succeed.
-Always being a step ahead will bring the org only in more good daylight, searching for solutions/changed is then essential.
-Organizing events for EMS that no one gets bored, for example a Boxing Event. Keeping the employees entertained will result in a better workplace.
