i already toke my punishment at the jail and i don't think so there is 2 punishment for the same situation ..
cuz all these happened in the same time .. not after 2hr or another day.

You took your punishment for Metagaming, not CL. Cause YOU ofc didn't want to get punished for that. And FYI you get punished for whatever you did. No matter the time.
