This is not considered bug abuse since he is not abusing a bug he was going down the highway in cruise control this happens all the time to everyone

CR is applicable to this but as you can see the in POV it was NOT intentional therefore no punishment should be given

VDM? there is no VDM in the pov provided as no one got killed cause of his vehicle.​

not crying im just making sense, what he did is not bug abuse he was travelling down the highway with cruise control....accidently ramming into your car everyone does it .
also the VDM you can clearly see it was desync as the guy flew to the ground without the p1 directly hitting him
