1. Mixing: As you can see in the evidence, this guy was constantly mixing, telling us that we would be breaking rules, but he easily broke 3 rules himself, people like this should be perm banned for breaking so many rules just in a matter of 2 hours.

2. He drove up the mountain like crazy, I understand that it technically is an offroad vehicles, but this is just not realistic and he used it to get away from us, I think this is PG or / and UB driving, not sure.

3. He head popped (CL) as soon as I let him out of curffs to remove his mask. After he head popped I waited there for over 5 minutes just in case it was an actual head pop and he would come back, but let's be honest, this was on purpose, exactly when I uncuffed him, also I didn't remove his weapons yet, he was heavily overcarrying, so he didn't want to loose all of that I'm sure.

We need total body cam when you started shooting on me plz by the way you need to upload at least 1 min body cam proof there only 23 seconds and after when you guys arrest me I got a head pop after that I was not in front of you why you guys given 5 starts wanted level and 950000 fines and another thing is its I have only 6 its not a matter there 3 ar and 2 rev and 1 cm its 30000 I don't care about money thank you if any thing wrong in reply sorry this thank you

Yeah he have done mixing, but I gotta know that you tazed him while sitting in his vehicle.
So can you keep the full bodycam footage. As you kept only seconds clips where it is showing his mistakes.
