1. Leader of LifeInvader
A) I have been in this city for more than a year. I have worked in different organizations and was trying to find a perfect job for me until I have joined LifeInvader on 6th September, 2021. I have joined LifeInvader as an Intern and started my journey here by editing ads. I have faced many ups and downs initially just like other employees. But I had great mentorship and guidance which helped me to upskill myself eventually and gradually I have become Deputy Leader of LifeInvader. I have served LifeInvader as Deputy Leader for 6 full terms. So, I have experience working very close with different leaders and I have learnt a lot from their and my mistakes. Recently, I have again joined LifeInvader as Manager and currently holding Director role in the organization.
B) I have been the Head of Creative and News team and I have a personal experience how to improve the quality of them. I have worked in creating posters, taking interviews, covering events, editing news and event videos etc. As, I have knowledge, skill and experience in all the fields of LifeInvader, I believe I am the right candidate to take the leadership.
C) I have trained many employees like - Intern as well as Supervisor, Manager, Director and Head Executive for their positions. Also I have helped new leaders to understand all the aspects of LifeInvader in their initial days and helped them to take many crucial decisions for the organization.
A) My fellow employees have faith on me that I can smoothly manage all the aspects of LifeInvader, starting from recruitment new and qualified employees to provide the proper training and mentorship, from promotions to make them understand the real values and goals of their respective positions. I have all the plans drafted in my mind and will be implementing them effectively once I become the leader.
B) I will be changing in the ranking hierarchy and will be making all the work in such a flow that every member of the organization will be directly reporting to their assigned respective higher rank. Now-a-days people join LifeInvader only to edit ads and earning a bunch of money. I would like to change that aspect completely. This organization will be all about creativity of an employee and also I will be implementing a training system that will be easy to understand and more systematic which will help employees to upskill themselves and decent paychecks will follow eventually.
