This persons car was getting towed, i heard no demands given, he started shooting the tow truck driver and kills him.

Yes but gen 6.15 states something along the lines of

must have valid RP reason to issue a 5 second demand.

Would towing someones car not be a valid demand to issue to let the car go for 5 second count before shooting?

Can I just point out that these people weren’t anywhere near my car when the demands were given. The laws were changed yesterday and it was now legal to park there. So I parked my car in those parking spots.
I told him when he pulled up that it was legal and he can’t tow my car. He started to take the picture to which myself and Sophia were both telling him to stop, he continued to steal my car illegally so I killed him to get my car back.

Now instead of reporting people for something you had nothing to do with, how about you get the full story first?

It’s not RDM, it was valid and MULTIPLE warnings were given by not just me but Sophia too. I even waited until I was out of the GZ to shoot because I’m a good boy. I told him if he tried to tow my car I would kill him. You can even hear me shouting at him right at the start where you car ram the tow truck.
