My friend already punished for 6.17 in this thread but why don't this guy got a punishment. You can check this thread, at the beginning of video he is watching some video but it is not on the video he is only recording the game. GR 6.17 says all overlays must be recorded. So if my friend's punishment correct why this guy don't punished of if using obs is okay why is my friend punished?

are you brain dead? you seeing my cursor proves im not hiding any layers to my screen, i use shadowplay and with grand rp i cant focus on one window i literally have to record the entire monitor so if anything is layerd over or under it gets shown. Learn to use software
