Dear Mazhor,
I was advised by a State Curator that I should make this appeal to you directly, and as such I will.
I took the 8th Sheriff Term of the SAHP and I stepped down within the first 72 hours due to a conflict I had with a now-ex administrator (Itachi God). The reasoning for stepping down was that I was in sheer anger at how a specific situation was handled. We were called to a store robbery situation and when attended the robbers were making unrealistic demands, and making a LOT of them - So of course naturally an admin appeared to help guide the situation - however this was not the case as I was asked by Itachi to simply comply with their demands in order to care for the hostages life and I was obviously not on-board with the idea (as it was like 5 demands and 500k for 2 civillians) , so I continued talking, in which Itachi told me to stop talking - I didn't listen and it resulted in myself getting Muted, I was incredibly aggravated by this as it was my first major punishment, and it had happened when I was just made leader, so In my anger, I resigned from my position, and said the admin team was shit - In hindsight, this was purely anger speaking, and if anything was directing the comment towards Itachi.
My reasoning for stepping down was unjustified, irrational and a little bit silly and I regret doing so, but what I regret even more is that I don't have the chance again to prove my leadership skills, and bring my level of roleplay to an Org. I truly believe I can be a great leader, and would love the chance to simply apply and interview again, and hopefully - Lead.
