PROCEDURE FOR GETTING A LAWYERS LICENSE
The current process of obtaining a lawyer's license in the state on 23/10/2021 is as follows.
  • Admission as a law school student
  • Reinstatement/Renewal of previous lawyers with good conduct Private Examination
  1. Admission as a law school student - A law school student is a member of the government that is provided the opportunity to learn by shadowing existing state lawyers and receiving guidance for them in exchange for volunteering to work for the government.
    1. A law school student can be admitted by filling in the application successfully and passing the interview.
    2. Transferring from any other legal organization
    3. Bar Exam - A law school student will be given the bar exam free of charge and sold the lawyer's license at the minimum price possible ($75,000) after one week of learning. If they fail the bar exam they will be eligible to retake it after 7 days.
    4. Training - The law school student must go through Law Enforcement Academy Training and familiarize themselves with all the legal documents under the guidance of a Senior Lawyer.
    5. Changing Practice - A law school student can choose to be a private attorney after passing the bar exam provided they have served a minimum of five days as a state attorney.
  2. Reinstatement/Renewal - A lawyer with good standing can be given the ability to renew their lawyer's license with or without a re-examination at the discretion of the Supreme Court Judge or US AG. The renewal will be at the current set fee for the lawyer's license and no special provision shall be made unless the lawyer renewing is an active state attorney.
  3. Private Exams - Private examinations are scheduled to give lawyers licenses to individuals interested in becoming private lawyers independent of the functioning of the state. The private examination is an expedited process and hence involves a difficult exam with a higher minimum score requirement. To give the private exam the citizen must have spent 15 years in the state and must pay a booking fee for their examination set by the state. A private exam is scheduled at a time convenient to the candidate and their examiner (US AG/SCJ).

Examination Procedure
The examination is meant to check familiarity and knowledge of the law. No person giving the exam is expected to know the documents pertaining to the legislation verbatim but should have a rough idea of where what is and a working knowledge of the penal code. This is why at least one month of law enforcement experience is recommended but not a necessity.
1. Basic Evaluation Test - All candidates interested will first give the basic evaluation test. The Basic evaluation test is the first step and is provided by the governor. After a candidate has passed their basic evaluation test the governor will recommend the candidate to the SCJ/US ATTY GEN
2. Bar Exam - The bar exam is a verbal examination taken of a candidate who has passed the basic evaluation test. The bar exam consists of 15 questions meant to check the knowledge and 5 scenario-based open-ended questions. Upon passing the bar exam the candidate will be offered the sale of a lawyer's license. Note: To pass a person giving a private license examination must get a grade of 90% or higher. Other candidates must get 75% or higher.
