Sorry to say this, you guys wrong if you dont have hostage also you have to do RP (Negotiation) with cops, ik you guys dont have hostage but cops have to ask you some question what is your demand like that and then you can tell your demand but in this situation you guys just gave demand you guys did not give space to speak legals side.

Upon reviewing the evidence I have decided to DENY this report

After reviewing with senior crime administrator, There was plenty of time given to LEOs and realistic demands were given that could be met.

The discussion between Crime and State was enough considering there wasn't a hostage and LEOs also had every right to shoot first as they knew no hostage is there and will only be shooting on criminals​
