Phani has approved the below rdm complaint against LSPD.

as u can see all in pov lspd started shooting without any rp reason they dident knew that we were dowing atm and they didnt event come to confirm and start shooting 1 lspd member running in gz

This clearly has shots fired, weapons out and activity for them to start shooting…

This next complaint below has been denied against the same group doing the same action.

Rejected - RDM in city | 73869

we are responding to a global, we didn't see them at first, then we see them and drove back and they started shooting with no RP or demands. and killed me and 2 other agents.

Weapons out is not mean any illegal activity - and i don't know any IC law of our state made by gov which restrict open carry of weapons so no RP at all as long as there is no state law about it where is said that if u see ppl with GUN - kill him with no RP
