In en01 we currently have 4 laws enacted by GOV.

2.17.7 Any brandishing of a firearm shall be punishable by a fine of $20,000,
confiscation of firearm and revocation of gun license. It is classed as a class A
misdemeanor. - in the current penal codes

2.3 Open carrying of any type of armament by a civilian is prohibited and entails liability, as well as carrying in the pockets or in a holster under the outwear for fast access. - in the current firearms code

3.5 Open carrying of a service weapon must be justified by the presence of sufficient reasons for its immediate use. - in in the current firearms code

3.3.5 Lethal force - used in the event of a threat to the life of state
citizens/state employee..." in the current CCOP


There are guns, baseball bats out, shots fired prior - this is as hostile as it gets...

There is a rule you need to RP before shooting in the city, the rule applies to legal orgs too. You just shot without giving demands or checking for hostages, even the guy in the vest was innocent. Nice professionalism. If you want to do TDM/KOS go to ghetto or arena.

I don't who you are but if you can't read English properly. He has written if there is IC laww about it then its is RP and Alex is not aware of that IC laws and he does not read it or something that's what he has told..

Combo - rather than posting on a forum thread that has nothing to do with you go to the State Laws in the GOV email and read up on the Penal Codes and CCoP

You will see IC laws that back up the hostility we saw from these ATM robbers

If he's an innocent bystander he should be going to GOV to make a complaint ICly.
We have IC laws that clearly state these actions and can be actioned accordingly... It's the same thing when gods tell us we need to take the complaints at HQ from citizens that they've been shot - we don't go OOC about it...

We've rocked up to the countless robberies and your boys start shooting from roofs - no demands are ever made from you guys, and we don't report because it's engaged RP.

An ATM robbery is called and you're shooting at the scene, weapons out in front of it, wearing a vest of an LEO org...

- Do you open fire on someone who is brandishing firearms?
- According to LSPD, they heard some shots earlier in that area, but how can they confirm that the shots were fired by them? Dont you think you need to approach the 'suspects" and give them demands prior shooting?

Make reports about that? i dont see any valid reports for that? the one that you have shown in your post was invalid as you all were responding to a global, your units were down, so you want them to give you demands again?

Once again , i don't see any RP - and even more i see person in LSPD west and he was shoot from long range - without even checking is he LOE are them civilians or gangs etc... Using MG info (like u know their IDs) are not called RP
