We did not ROB him. We simply gave him demands. At no point in POV we told him to put his hands up or drop his weapons.
Also, why NG leader or NG org as whole did not get punished for FailRP where he clearly lied about typing in Department Chat ?

POV from my side where I clearly said, We are not going to rob him.

POV from his side lying about Department chat while on gun point.

People can give demands in city aswell.
Rule clearly says rob/kidnap and we did not attempt to do any of that.

You are not allowed to take hostages on a territory of FZ. He has right to refuse playing RP while you are breaking rules.
Administrator made a right decision. So I don't see the point of complaint.
