Its not clear actually, the officer that was on the road needs to show there bodycam to prove that there were no demands, you ran upstairs, but theres posibility that the officer on road got demands

The body cam is not clear and they gave demands to the other one and they no need to give demands for everyone they can shoot

In the moment, my other officer did not give me warning that we were told to leave which is number 1 if given demands. That is why we carry out like there is no demands given. I was told there was no demands given to my other office after the incident, which is why I posted. I have asked them to upload their POV here as well and am asking for a small time window so we can see what happened. The other officer should be uploading his POV here hopefully within the next 12 hours. If there were demands given and that officer lied to me there will be further actions determined on our end.

RP is already initiated, The officer is clearly Pointing a tazer on them, they can shoot back in self defense
