Seperate report to the other one. It is forbidden to use a VPN while on the server. This falls under the 6.17 of using forbidden software and Mazhor has even said that you are not allowed to connect to the server with a VPN. He is using a VPN 100%. Let me tell you why.

1. His PC is on airplane mode, which means wifi shouldn't be working.

2. When your PC shows it is in airplane mode and the wifi is still working it means its connected to a VPN or the network is being redirected to a proxy. I know this because I used VPN years ago on SAMP.

He is in game playing the game while PC is showing he is in airplane mode, aka using proxy/VPN.
