Speaking for Jacob Raven, we feel that the punishment that was inflicted on 193378 was false and done incorrectly. We feel the administrator in charge of the report made an incorrect decision when deciding the punishment for the player. To start off, it has been more than 2 days since this report was made, meaning the forum should not have been accepted considering this was a week ago. Also, gen 6.15 states, When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone.
193378 did not randomly shoot at them, and he only shot because they were continuously provoking him and his family. You can see evidence of this in the video, as the players continuously provoke them by saying things like "step out of the car bitch, you have no balls" as they were holding guns. They were also car ramming, and trying their best to get the players to step out in intention of them shooting back. These guys were simply fishing for an RDM report by causing problems and then expecting them not to shoot. However, the admin did not take any of this into consideration and simply punished 193378 even after seeing the video. They were clearly saying on the radio, "I'm gonna bait him into stepping out, watch."
When someone is getting provoked into shooting, and they've had enough, they will shoot. This is something the other players should have expected after continuously provoking. I hope a higher up admin can take this into consideration, and realize that the players involved did not "randomly" shoot at the players, and there was a lot of RP involved. Thank you.
