This is my application for leader of lspd
A little about me i have had much experience in the lspd in any different roles such as Dep head of patrol and detectives and i have served loyally to many of the greatest Chiefs there have been such as my dear friend Gabi Tosca the first female Chief , Cash Yip and Cody Miles. I have also served with every other legal organization there is therefore i have a range of experiences under my belt
Now i know many of you may not know me as i have not been very active in the legal side of things recently, but i strongly believe that i can make the lspd more fun to join give better payouts and improve rp among the Lspd. I would like to become the lspd leader as i have a great history with the service and i am very passionate about keeping the highest quality of rp flowing as it has done in the past. My main reason for wanting the lead the lspd is in recent times i have seen a shift in attitude from the lspd as it has gone from having fun and socializing in a inviting and simple atmosphere whilst still keeping up a great standard of rp to a very serious overworked and underpaid group of individuals and the team spirit that the lspd was once recognized for has now all but vanished.
I know how it feels to be a po1 and the chance of promotion looks bleak therefore if i get this honored role i will:
1 Create a system for easier promotion
2 I will host team building exercises for bonding amongst my team
3 I will give everyone a fair wage and added bonuses for continued good work
4 I will simplify the lspd and make it more beginner friendly
5 I will keep a high standard of rp in all aspects of the lspd
I thank you all for reading this and for you wondering why i dont have pages of writing is because we dont need more writing or more speeches and promises we need ACTION and if you truly want the lspd to be the best you should look to someone with Action in mind.
