Early Life:
I was born in Indiana, USA. My father used to work in FIB and my Mother used to work for EMS. When I was 6 years my mother died due to a fire accident in hospital. And my father made me study by working late hours. Later when I was 14 my father was killed at a shootout in a bank robbery. I was at a state where I couldn't concentrate on my career. And I came to know that the killer fled to Los Santos.
Later Life:
So I moved to Los Santos. Initially I worked as electrician, and land worker. My friend help me in dealing with ammo, drugs, and illegal items where I met many people who are very powerful in illegal market. But I thought I might get caught someday doing this so I applied for SAHP and LSPD, soon after keeping an application to SAHP I got selected for being fit on every aspect. And I was trained and after hours of hard work arresting many and training many cadets I was promoted Deputy Leader for Recruitment department. And new leader was elected. Then I thought of upgrading and joined National Guard when I was quickly promoted and became Second Lieutenant.
Joining FIB
Later after some months I thought of going into my father way and I came to FIB where Adbel immediately recognized me by my father and recruited me under Senior Agent, after a long interview. And I'm still searching for the killer of my father. I have been in contact with many gang members from where I can get the information of killer.
I have been taking very hard training to become an undercover cop. So that it would be much helpful for me and our department. So that I can't kill and rob anyone in ghetto and take their weapons.
Outcome:
Stelix can recognize people by their voices and faces due to his extensive careers and age.
Stelix can take bribes of up to 20k in order to release or help the briber escape prison.
Stelix can take on 1v2 fights due to his extensive training.
Stelix can store illegal weapons.
Stelix can be taken as hostage and take cut from the person who took hostage.
Stelix can organize a prison break if there are at least three of his family members that are imprisoned.
Stelix can go into ghetto while off duty to assist family members in gun fights.
Stelix carries truth serum and can use it to obtain information from suspects due to his past medical experience.
Stelix is bias to his family members and is able to clear their criminal record or leak secret operations to them.
