A surprise turn of events today, I have been banned from the EMS discord.
I'm not really a troublemaker, I've never been kicked or banned from any discords nor have I ever received a punishment in-game.
What I did today was tag @ServerAdministrators in the EMS Discord, this is something that isn't okay to do normally or especially for a personal issue or ticket that should be made in-game, however the one usage we have with this tag over my lifetime in orgs is to use it to quickly remove and stop scam/spammers before it can be cascaded out to this community and community members get hurt.
Today I did just that, notified administrators very quickly of a nitro spammer which was actually a bot invited by the server that was likely compromised, it was one of the most believable scams I've seen to date.
Therefore the need to tag admins before it was distributed fully was full justified on my part. If you do not want them to be tagged even in these emergency situations then remove the ability to do so.
