Long story short, he trespassed inside, we chased him and he kept chicken-running inside once he got out he unrealistically coming to capitol's gates blocking it with his car, I have a longer version of this footage if required. (I know the minimum is 1 minute of video footage but I don't think it applies in this case, it's up to you if you need longer version I can provide it)
