Why do I want to be the leader of this specific organization?
For the past Few Months, SAHP has been the place i called home, I have been in SAHP For a long time As a HC and i have enjoyed every second in the organization.
I have seen A lot of Sheriffs have come and go in my time here and they were All very brilliant at their job, and I really want to carry this on. I have learned every positive thing in this organization and also the negatives. I have learnt a lot of information in this organization to the point I think I'm right to run it.
SAHP is definitely the best legal Organization in the city when run properly, During my time the last few months. i have been a HC which has been a massive privilege to me as i have been the one helping to lead the best legal org in the city and the officers from lowest rank to the highest rank equally.
In my job i would get to know my officers deeply so i know how they can work to the best of their abilities the right way for them. I have Months of experience in SAHP and I would like to continue my career in the organization and the way to do this is to lead it

Changes i will bring:
SRT (special response team)
As a sheriff I will bring back the SRT (special response team) because from tactical strategies on foot to scouting a crime scene in helicopters. This division will unleash the inner spirit of the units who want to be on the frontline,the main squad and the quickest response team, Negotiations will Not be a separate division in the sahp anymore , It will be a part of SRT as they are classed as special units that are a key part of hostage situations.
You will need to fill out an application. Go through training to make you ready to be a part of the team. Inside this division as well will be swat as part of the special in srt
These officers will host events for the public to join, so they can be in it to win it with some amazing prizes including big cash prizes, as we are all about giving back to the general public in San andreas.
Highway Patrol
The highway patrol division has many uses, I would like to continue this division and make it better. By allowing highway patrol to take all officers on a mass patrolling course to make sure they are the best and ready to make some moves on the highway
Recruitment Specialists
Recruitment specialists are the backbone of SAHP; they control the people brought into the org and the training provided to them. They are the reason the org builds a community and the reason we have officers trained for the highways and patrolling. My way to improve this department is just to add more 1 to 1 training so people understand whats set for them and also to make sure they are fully aware of everything and the right way to work
Internal Affairs
Internal Affairs is one of the most important divisions in every organization, As the Sheriff I will make the IA team more strict to keep the organization professional to stop corruption and major mistakes
I will also make some guides as a sheriff myself to help the new chief of IA and the new upcoming ia officers which will show them How To Do Each IA Task. As I was last term (am rn) the head of IA.
How i will up keep and improve rp in SAHP
>The RP in SAHP is pretty high, The best from all legal organizations if you ask me from my previous experiences as we have mature people and high expectations.
But i was always told there's always room for improvement
> The First way to improve the RolePlay is to make sure all the SAHP officers follow the governors rules and never shows misconduct
>I will make sure our internal rules make us look like role models to the society so we are the best
I would also like to make my officers aware of "PowerGaming" and "FearRP" and “metagaming” and make sure all the SAHP officers familiar with it i will also bring attention to the /me and /try commands everyday as they are needed for proper rp
Activity, Patrols

> SAHP has been struggling with activity for a little bit and. I personally would like to change that get to a point when we have at least 15 People on duty throughout different periods of times in the day: Morning, Evening, Night
I believe In Myself And In My upcoming Team That We Can Do That,

Overall SAHP officers are really good at patrolling. But what i want to improve is ghetto patrols for SAHP
