For starters the date of the incident is 10/17, it is now 10/28 which means the POV is from 11 days ago. Secondly, I don't understand how this is VDM. The admin argues that I could've gone backward when there was another car blocking me in the back.

I'm confused as to how the admin reviewed this report,
-DId he think to look at the fact that the POV is almost 2 weeks old?
-Did he understand that I was being blocked in and it was my only way out?
Finally, I hope this can get resolved and the admin can use this as a learning example to make sure it isn't repeated to someone else.

I understand that the report was denied now, but I had already served about all my demorgan time. I logged on earlier today trying to play but had to serve my demorgan, then I log off because I have to deal with some things and when I log back on to play, I have demorgan again. I hope the relevant administration can understand my frustration.
