1. Leader of SAHP (San Andreas Highway Patrol).

Hello everyone, first of all I'd like to thank you all for taking the time out of your day to read my application.
I'm pretty sure my application is a little out of the ordinary and might not be what everyone is used to as I'm sick of everyone's application needing to diss the previous sheriff on everything they did wrong and try to correct their mistakes. We're all human and we all make mistakes. There is no need to shame someone down to put yourself above them. Nevertheless I'd still appreciate it if you read it as it took a lot time and effort. 2. Why do I want to be the leader of this specific organization?
I have been a High Command and a District Attorney in SAHP in the past and I've always felt at home and comfortable in this organization. I've never had any fights with anyone and certainly hope I wasn't a nuisance to anyone at my time there.
I've been thinking of applying for the past 2 terms and I've always held back because I think I'm not ready to take so much responsibility on myself, but after being in the organization for some time and gaining enough experience I'm 100% ready to take the plunge and try my chances. And my previous job experience as a Lawyer definitely gave me a confidence boost in my abilities to perform as a Sheriff.

What can I bring to the table?
First things first, let's take a look at all the different divisions:

HR (Human Resources)
Ah yes, probably the most important division in the whole organization. They have one of the hardest and most tedious job of recruiting and training all the new recruits that come through HQ's door. I feel like last term they weren't appreciated enough and maybe looked over and I'd like to change that by providing them with more bonuses and more people in the division so they can better manage their time and resources throughout the day.

HP (Highway Patrol)
Another important division, They are in charge of patrolling our highways and keeping them clean from all the crime they can. I'd like to make this division in charge of all the High Speed Units and the Air Units (Vipers and Heli's) and only people in this division that go through special training would be allowed to access those vehicles.

IA (Internal Affairs)
This division is very important as it is in charge of keeping everyone in their place and to help people not make mistakes (especially Recruits and new Troopers).
They are also in charge of looking out for corruption and constantly being on the lookout for any signs of mistreatment.

3. Your advice for improving Role Play level in organization.
I'm pretty sure the level of RP in SAHP is already pretty high, but we can always aim higher.
I think a good way to keep a good level of RP is bringing good officers on the HR team and having them thoroughly train all the new recruits and keep a good level of professionalism.
Another good way would be to periodically doing mandatory training sessions for ALL officers, no matter the rank, to remind them of OOC rules like PowerGaming ect'.
