[Nat Thrust]

I have sent this to James with reply and this is my last appeal as to not flood the forums and spam to annoy the administration

Here are the events as they played out from my end I was in HQ waiting for lance to come pick me up and Ryan was is the VC with us and told us to invite his friend from en2 to turf for us and being Ryan I didn't think anything about it because I trusted Ryan he told me the id so I invited him and gave him turfer rank I didn't here him talk or anything, Then we tried to get the 16:00 attack on Ballas for turf when we didn't get the attack I went and grabbed some food and came back at around 15:50 I told everyone to get to cland and we did go to cland you can see that in the event checklist channel in the bloods discord, we saw Luis/Active Albi Get four kills then questioned Ryan on who it was he told us and I was already relogging to get back to HQ from clandestine and whilst I was relogging my game full crashed, I got pinged in crime chat and then the whole thing started, I found out it was Luis and had to relaunch my game as I was trying to get in to kick/black list him because of what happened in marabunta and by the time I was able to get in because I have a lower end PC I was already banned for helping him them I appealed and it got denied and here we are now I don't have POV and I just hope that you can give me a second chance as this was just a mistake on my end



if I must stay black listed from deputy then so be it but i wish to get a second chance

Hey, I am good friends with Nat and can tell you in all seriousness that the Nat I know would not do this knowingly seeing as how hard we were working prior to this event. In the last two days we have been to multiple clandestine shops as well as battleship and even an informant, as well as staying very active with turf collection and sprays. In the last two days we have worked very hard in an attempt to create a successful and fun organization for people to be in while also abiding by all rules associated with the leadership of an org. Now I can tell you from my experience that Luis Thrust is well known to have multiple twinks made specifically for cheating on this server, and if that seems outlandish, I will ask that the administration that they check into these names and the reasons they were banned as well as any association they had to Nat

These are only a few of the known accounts, Luis is known to have multiple accounts as well as participate in red circle events on said twinks. Now 90% of the time when I see someone come into my gang HQ at the beginning of a term and I notice that they are aware of all the rules I usually tend to not abide by the standard requirement for the level of the player to join at the beginning of a term (lvl 10) seeing as more numbers lead to more participation in org events. Now the next part of this story involves Ryan Thrustt. Ryan Thrustt and Nat Thrust have been friends for over a year now and typically when you know someone for a long period of time you naturally develop a sense of trust for what the other person is saying, which in this case Nat did listen to the advice of Ryan which led him to inviting Active Albi to the org based on the idea that Ryan knew Active Albi from turfing on EN2. If this is the case then you can see how Nat should realistically not be held in a punishment for simply trusting his "friend" after a year of socializing and playing the server with him. One can say that Nat was Intentionally Negligent for inviting Active Albi after James had issued the warning to not invite Luis Thrust, however I can confirm that I was in city at the time of which James issued that Notice and I was looking for Nat at this time but was informed that Nat was not even in city at this time due to relogging diffuculties after he had disconnected after Cland to return to HQ. With that being said I want to also say that after my conversation with Nat. him and myself have both realized that we need to be more thourough with recruiting regardless of what friends say about someone and I think Both myself and Nat are willing to admit that seeing as this could have been avoided if we were more thorough.



In all, I would like to finish with my final conclusion (and I say this as respectfully as possible and with the notion that everything I have said is true to the best of my understanding) That Nat was not aware that this twink was Luis and therefore in my opinion should not be punished for the idea of a simple, but potentially serious misunderstanding. And also that If you are to unban Nat that you are aware that from what Nat says he will make a much more concious effort when it comes to recruitment if he even decides to get in a position of recruitment again, And to prove that he agrees I would ask that Nat responds to this comment with a thumbs up acknowledging a mistake that could have been avoided and agreeing to put forth a stronger effort to hold up the recruitment standards and processes that make sure things like this do not happen again.



I am fully willing to answer any questions asked by anyone including administration regarding what I have wrote. I hope we can all come to a reasonable and quick conclusion that has the least negative outcomes as possible.

I can vouch for the validity of the above aforementioned comment as Nat, CJ and myself talk to each other almost every day. I do think this is a much more intricate topic and needs to be looked at with careful consideration.
