Leader of Bloods gang
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
-I am here applying for bloods leader because I think I got the abilities to lead a gang as a leader from my previous experiences like being as being a hc in most of the gangs I joined which I think would make me available to make the gang as active as possible
2. I would make a system for the gang members to move with to gain promotions and bonuses which would make the gang members more hyped to pull up to events and make them satisfied being in the gang and I would also provide a promotion system and a strike system to decrease the amount of fail rp and let everyone enjoy the clean rp in the city.
3.Finally i want to make my gang the best gang possible by going every event and winning every single one of them and making bloods active as possible and doing fun events for gang members so that they can enjoy staying in the gang and making bloods on top again and having numbers and doing every event with fun and joy.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization:
First of all i would improve rp by making gang members not using discord to prevent metagaming and which would increase the usage of gang radio and provide more rp
secondly i would make a good recruitment interview for my high commands to go with which would guarantee the gang that unexperienced people / people who don't know the rules not join nor break rules for the gang
Lastly i would be making meetings to fix stuff which would make the gang stable and that no hate is transmitted between gang people
