Rejected Leader Rule 1.7 | EMS

Leader told me to leave org cause other employee's dont want me and my friend in EMS, and i did not have any interaction with EMS almost 5 month then how i can made issue in EMS, and leader not giving me proper reason, and leader invited me 1 hour before this situation im not even spoke with anyone.

Leader Rule 1.7 states that Leader has to ask permission if he wants to fire a person, provided he lost confidence in them
Leader Rule 2.3 also states that "Do not allow any provocative and conflict situations between the members of your organization"

Also, I didnt hear him telling I'm firing you, also you left on your own, he was stating the problem which he has to deal with.​
