Rejected i have been banned for racism

hello, i'm new to gta online and gta rp, i have been banned for racism. we i and friend joined the server today we trying to play rp as we can. after joining the taxi driver work we have been so annoyed by so many people talking their native language at least 6 of them spamming the mic on taxi channel. " please verify the text" we at least 3 people were begging for people to show us how to mute the channel. the game becomes a nightmare. 30 minutes later i see that i have been banned for racism. please can first tell me the reason of that ban and where the racism is ? i had an aggreisve talk with this guys in order to leave the channel clean and use discord or something us they all provoke us for at least 1 hour please check the chat logs and see how many people asking how to mute the taxi channel ...
The whole world is fighting racism. i belong to a community suffering from racism since decades. if you banned me because I called the toxic kids with their nationality this is a real joke and you have to review what word "racism" means for you.

Also it will be good to show me the real reason for my ban since yesterday i'm thinking where the racism is. got banned instantly after asking the toxic people who spam taxi channel to shut up so maybe it is an admin abuse, or someone with privileges was with this kids in taxi channel. "to be confirmed"
