You rejected my thread because you couldn't see any signs of MK.
But the clip shows the ID: 133249 go up to our vehicle where we were having our 10-15.
And proceeded to shoot them unconscious and then send them to the hospital to prevent them from being processed.
We were under attack at the time and you could argue that we wouldn't have been able to process the 10-15 due to us being overrun but it was still MK no matter what.

from that POV is completely unclear have he finished HIS friends as u say or LEOS , as foe me i saw outfit closer to LEO's there
as long as wee cannot see ID of other part - we cannot punish him
