2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1. I've switched between legal and Illegal orgs for many of my past months and will have to say that being in an illegal org is by far my favorite. With being an
Ex-Leader I have brought out a lot of Fun RP between the legal orgs with many vouches and have led a really fun term in marabunta previously.
2. I am very experienced with running any event(s) which it could be from turfs, Store robberies, FZ raids, Battleship, etc. I can lead any gang with bringing out great RP between every legal org to make sure they are getting the most out of their RP experience. I will make sure that I will do my best with following the rules which wont be a problem.
3. Being a successful leader is to take a stand in their work and learn from their mistakes. I can run Marabunta as best as I can without problems at all, if it be asking questions having a good relation with my curator, and running a completely non-toxic organization. I will not joke around with any disrespect towards anyone. To top it off i will make sure Marabunta is led the best way possible better than any term.
4. I have been high command in many gangs and state orgs and illegal has always found my way. I feel that i have made an impression in my past leadership experience and have helped newcomers learned who came to the gang. In the end the best RP comes out of having fun with it.
3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.
My way of improving roleplay with no rule breaks is to simply, have fun with it. Ex. Take your time doing a store robbery and enjoy your time their as you on average will only be doing a store 1-2 times a day with other events. There is no rush on any event you should implement the best role play experience between the gang to the LEOs and make it realistic. Teaching members with my leadership skills in a helpful way can help them learn about anything with my previous leadership experience. I will make sure everyone is playing their own role in the organization and to make sure they always have something to do no matter what it is, From sprays to robbing as a learning experience. In the end, my main goal is to make sure the LEOs, gangs, and citizens of Los Santos have my vote on the best RP experience in this city and to make sure the newcomers in this gang can learn from their mistakes and have fun with it!!!
