Hi Mazhor,
This is to inform you that there has been a serious breach of trust with this admin and he has been personally targeting me for many months now.
I first uploaded the content of EMS EN1 six(6) training videos to my YouTube channel since May 2022, which was in use by many employees throughout my first term and for the next 2 terms (more than 60 days). Those six videos are still uploaded on my channel and are still being used by EMS EN1 employees.
It came to my lawyer's notice that 4 of these training videos were uploaded to Mohsin Zeeshan's (Hamza Pluxury) YouTube channel, without any prior information to him or me. As such, he contacted the YouTube support team and issued a copyright strike on one video. He was then issued a copyright strike by YouTube, as YouTube deemed the case to be in my favour After a long consultation with Hamza, we came to a mutual understanding. He then agreed to take down the remaining 3 videos from his YouTube channel, as re-using of content is violating YouTube norms.
As per YouTube policies, it is illegal to steal and upload the content of others as your own. Hence, he received that copyright strike and that's why he deleted those other videos. Since all these things are happening in real life and NOT connected with GRP, how does this affect my GRP character? Why is Floki inserting himself into these copyright issues and blacklisting me from the project, since my IC character has absolutely nothing to do with these issues? It is clearly none of Floki's business as well. To resolve this situation, I tried contacting Floki through his DMs, but it was obvious that he had blocked me. Again, this is proof that he has some personal vendetta against me.
It clearly seems that he is abusing his power as a Senior Curator by mixing IRL YouTube copyright issues with IC punishments. Holding the position of Senior Curator, he should be aware of the difference between GRP and YouTube, as they are two very different platforms and not related to each other.
As such, he cannot issue IC punishments for actions that my IRL copyright lawyer for YouTube has taken.
Since I am currently already banned for 60 days, so I do not accept the permanent ban punishment that Floki has given to me. As a long-time player, I would suggest that you observe his actions very closely in the future and ensure that he is not misusing his powers to hamper the functioning of GRP servers. I am afraid that his corrupted thinking has also influenced higher admins, but I believe that you can still provide an objective view of this and can judge everything correctly.
