Orbi Highland was born in a Village in the highlands, Scotland, Dave Highland his father, was a drunken thug that abused everyone and done nothing usefull in his life, and his mother worked as a part-time nurse. Because Davina, his mother, was the only source of income and his father was an aggressive alcoholic, he and his family always struggled financially. His mother wasn't the only one who had been abused; he had been a part of it as well. When they went fishing, his father attempted to drown and kill him, but he was unsuccessful because Orbi was stronger than him at the time, so he fled. This inspired him to work out in secret every day in order to defeat his father and put an end to the abuse once and for all. Orbi was smart from infancy and was always ambtious to gain money to support his mother, but he couldn't go to school owing to a lack of funds, but he didn't give up on his dream of joining the police force. He used free resources to make himself more intelligent and got a scholarship to Naval Academy. This irritated his father.
Dave was furious since he never wanted the best for Orbi or Davina, so one night he was overly drunk and things got heated which led to the death off the mother causing her to die from all the abuse that happend that night. This was it for Orbi because his mother was the only person he cared about, and after witnessing the incident, he decided to take up for himself. Dave went to Orbi and started to hit him but Orbi was way too strong for him so as self-defence Orbi knocked his father out, but his father died because he was too weak. after this orbi took a turn for the worst and ended up joining gangs and had went into a downwards spiral doing illegal activitis till one day he was called to court for his fathers death and was judged as not guilty as it was self defense. from here orbi realised how his life was heading and it hit him that he was not this sort off person.
Orbi took a break then he became a soldier for Naval Academy where he got a master’s degree in Criminology while being the best soldier in his regiment. His combat skills were in the top 1% and his grades were in the top 0.10%. A few years later he quit the army and to run away from the terrifying childhood memories he moved to Los Santos. Where he worked his way up in the FIB and became the Deputy leader. Where he can control all the city and everyone under his command. Orbi can do what he likes due to his past and get away with certain things due to the rank he has in such a strong organisation. Orbi also has a strong relationship with his family that he lives with in los santos due to his moral values that he knows from his past up bringing.
Outcomes
1-Orbi wears glasses that record footage and uploads the video to the cloud constantly because he knows about the injustice that is happening with the prior -knowledge when he got a master’s degree in criminology.
2-Orbi will be able to take bribery since he was never rich during his childhood or even middle class growing up. (20k)
3-Orbi will never do anything illegal or unlawful when he is with his co-workers but he would be able to if alone or with family
4-Orbi Can torture/Interrogate/kill for information by using truth serum, even lawyers.
5-Orbi Can pay informants to benefit his and the organization.
6-Orbi Can use any gun available, illegal or legal, on duty or off duty ( No org weapons ).
7-Orbi Can threaten lawyers/people to get his way also cuss people out
8-Orbi Can smash and break bodycams (with using /try to find the bodycam first).
