Was driving to beach market when this guy turns into the garage in front of me, causing a bump, whatever. I move on, he BACKS OUT and follows me, then rams into me from behind. I follow to ask him what his issue is, call out his driving, and ask if he is aware of the states rules, when he continues to ram me.

You can argue it was an accident, but backing out of the driveway you went into, to follow me and hit me, seems very intentional.

I mean that literally is the situation. after he followed me and rammed me, by backing out of his destination which caused the accident to begin with, I clipped it. Like, I was cruising behind him and he cut left, then hard right into the garage. I honked, kept going. As is basically always the case with bumps in the city. I dont keep POV running 24/7. I followed and when he hit me again, I clipped it again. Why not ask for their POV...?


Or at least explain how you cant conclude the first instance of CR from seeing them literally back out of the auto shop, and follow me, then hit me full force in front of GOV?

Like I dont mean to be aggressive, just curious if its a case of not long enough showing them doing it, or if you think I was provoking them? Because believe me, I've put myself in demo enough times to know better than do that AND THEN upload it?? lmfao.
