As shown my POV

At 12:50 (in Vid: 00:00) we were talking about the importance of advance demand.

at12:52 (In Vid: 1:15) he had come to the scene of the fighting and had been demanded by my colleagues there and no one had shoot him.

At 12:54 (In Vid 3:14) he returned to the same location and was killed because he had already been demanded before.

by my 3:35 minutes , I didn't shoot you at the station like you said. You went back to the same place of fighting to get killed and then you start complaining.

Still none of you gave demand I was driving in front of the house and not you or your friend gave demands before shooting me. Nobody said to me you have 5 sec to leave. I was in my vehicle and I was not in any family clothes which means I was a normal civilian so there was no reason to shoot me. Plus I didn't say you shot at me at the gas station? You have to tell people even a family member that they have 5 sec to leave and nobody did that so for you to shoot me was not ok buddy. Just saying...

that's what I hear in your POV James.

For me ,,
1- we went to steal solar panels.
2- we give demands for everyone even they are wearing family clothes or not.
3- you came to same place many times and you didn't get demands? This would mean horrible.
4- You put your life in risk when you got back to the firing zone, and most importantly after the shooting started.

I have nothing against any people not even you buddy but I wouldn't post this if I was given demands. But yea like you say its up to admin and if I am wrong I am sorry to post this against you. But if they saw any of the others POV I think it would tell the same that there was no demand given to me at all. The shooting at the gas station and in front of the house is two different situation. And you should know also you can't shoot at anybody when they are at a gas station?

I hate doing this to be honest but rules are rules and yes with respect to the admins I hope they can figure out what to do in this case cause I know it's not the first time it has happen from your family and I am not saying you but it has happen before buddy.
