Early Life: 17 Years Old
Luke and his Parents lived in a little area surrounded by local gangs in a small sized house which they hated. His father was always out at work till late trying to become a High level officer and his mother was always providing Luke with everything he needed. But Luke wasn't happy and always stayed out late.
During his first few weeks of being out in his local area he got mixed up into the wrong sort of crowd and soon found out they were gang members and then with not alot of options he started to do criminal duties of robbing and fighting and abusing the police…
3 months had passed and Luke was starting to rethink life as He had just been part of a heist on a bank just for some respect in a gang and drugs was his only hope to make income and earn money . His dad was too busy to notice and his mother was always occupied to even stop for 5 mins and ask if her son was Okay and see the danger he was in
Still early life: 18 years old:
After his 18th birthday Luke Decided it was time for him to leave and he approached the leader of his local gang and said he doesn't want to do this anymore.This obviously didn't go down well and he was rejected by the leader, With this being said luke assaulted the leader in anger not thinking it through. After this Luke knew the whole gang was coming for him and returned home straight away to tell his parents. Then In panic they all packed their things and after no time were ready to leave and Luke's father said a City called Los Santos had just offered him a new Chief of division role as his friend was the Leader and it would be better and safe there
On the way to the airport his family car was ambushed causing his parents to be assaulted AND LEAVING LUKE FURIOUS and Alone…..
After a few months Luke's Parents both sent him some money and said they never wanted to speak with him again as he is at fault for their injuries wich made Luke upset but there was nothing that he could do..
Middle Life: 19 Years Old
1 year has passed and Luke is living in a nice house with a maid who does everything after his father and mothers money went to him after their attacks.
He made a new friend called Davis who is the chief for the Los Santos Police Department and due to great friendship Davis made him join it. Even though he's in a legal org he still looks over his shoulder now and again to check that his surroundings were clear after his past life but swears that now he has all this tech he can hunt down these people who attacked his parents and give them justice
3 months have passed and Lukes is still upset about his parents departure and is now working in LSPD harder and harder As an officer under his friend's leadership. His friend believes the law will bring justice and Luke thinks him and his old ways can bring justice as its been too long
Present: 20 years old
Luke is still working as an LSPD officer but is a HC who still is seeking revenge and justice for his mother and his dad and his friend is still working hard the right way whereas Luke is wanting to do stuff his own way and bring his old life back he loves doing criminal minded things when alone but still does awesome work
He is also Part of a new family they call themself the “Sinaloa Cartel” he is treat very well there and has gained a lot of trust and he even goes by the name of his really good friends “HULK”
Outcomes
1) Luke can take bribes up to 20k.
2) Luke can go to the ghetto off duty and start killing people there for fun. In justice for his mum
3) Luke can torture people for information secretly for more info about others.
4) Luke can take criminals' guns when they die and sell them for money and for his own Happiness.
5) Luke can inject Truth Serum into criminals for them to leak info. ( using try command twice only )
6) Luke can buy and sell illegal guns from the Black Market.
7 Luke can use illegal weapons while on duty.
8) Luke can do any illegal activity that benefits him.
9)Luke can rob people with his family and friends in the ghetto secretly and steal panels for money.
10) Luke can take someone off the wanted list, let them free, or lower their sentence.
11) Luke can sell personal weapons at the black market or to people. ( No Org gear)
12) Luke always has a radio on him allowing him to use it while off duty to keep up to date.
13) Luke can take a part in family events like store robbery etc too crack down on criminals
14) Luke uses drugs on duty to impress criminals so they think hes a fake cop and spill info and also for personal use

16) Luke Can Break bodycams using /try command again twice only
